gland finale
Now what
What people do after the last level, and what this course deliberately never told you.
That's the trail. Ten levels, from not knowing this was possible to whatever you've ended up with.
Where you actually are
Whatever happened, some things are true now that weren't when you started.
You know your own anatomy. You can relax an area of your body most men can't locate. You can tell the difference between a dozen sensations you'd have filed as nothing. You have months of your own data about what works for you specifically.
None of that goes away, and none of it depends on having reached the last rung.
What people do next
Keep going, more casually. The most common. Sessions stop being training and become something you do because it's good.
Bring someone in. The partnered track has been open the whole time, regardless of level. If you have a partner and haven't gone near it, that's the obvious next thing.
Go deeper on the mental side. Some men move toward meditation, breathwork, or tantra-adjacent practices, having noticed that the part that mattered most was attention rather than technique.
Stop. Genuinely fine. Some men get what they came for and move on, and nothing about that is a waste.
What we never told you
Two things, on purpose.
How many sensations there are. The field guide is deliberately incomplete. There's no set to collect and no final rung, because a course that hands you a checklist teaches you to chase, and chasing is the one thing that reliably doesn't work here.
How long it should have taken. We gave you what men report and told you it was self-selected. We never gave you a schedule, because there isn't one and anyone who quotes you a number is guessing.
The one thing worth carrying forward
The lesson underneath every level was the same, and it barely changed:
You cannot get there by reaching. You get there by setting up the conditions and staying out of the way.
That's not a philosophy, it's mechanical. Tension prevents it. Wanting produces tension. So wanting prevents it.
It's the only genuinely counter-intuitive thing in this whole subject, it's why so many men spend years stuck, and it's why the app has no streaks, no targets and no percentage bars.
Last thing
The safety rules don't expire. Flared base, pain means stop, lube every time. Those apply at Level 10 exactly as they did on day one, and the guys who get hurt are usually the confident ones.
Other than that: it's yours now. Go and enjoy it.
