butt first
How this actually goes
Rhythm beats effort, days off count, and your first real signal could show up next week.
This is a skill and it has a method. The method is not the one you'd guess.
Most guys bring gym logic. Work hard, work often, get results that match the effort. That's how almost everything else works, so nobody questions it.
It's the wrong tool here.
What actually gets guys there
Three things come up over and over from men who arrived. None of them is effort.
Rhythm beats volume. Regular easy sessions beat long grinding ones. Guys who push harder when nothing's happening mostly report it didn't help.
Days off count. Not a break from the work. Part of the work. Men describe coming back after a few deliberate days off sharper than when they left, and describe stacking sessions with no rest as a good way to feel nothing. That turns up in separate communities that agree on almost nothing else.
Write down what happened. Guys who track are the guys who notice change. The shifts here are small. You can't see them inside one session. Across ten they're obvious.
The one thing that reliably ruins it
Chasing it.
Not effort in general. Specifically the mental move where you reach for the finish. Every breakthrough story we read had the same setup. At some point the guy stopped trying to make something happen and started paying attention to what was already happening.
That's why this app has no streak to protect and no bar creeping toward a finish line. That stuff works great for learning Spanish. Here it trains the exact habit you're trying to break.
How fast is fast?
Nobody can tell you, and anyone who gives you a number is guessing.
Plenty of guys report something real inside the first week or two. A flicker, a warmth, a twitch that wasn't them. Not the full thing, but proof the wiring is live. Others report weeks of nothing and then a session where it clicks. Some take months, and a few take longer than that.
You might get your first real signal on day seven. You might get it in week four. Nobody gets to know in advance, which is exactly why it's worth finding out.
The one thing we can tell you is that a session where nothing happens is not a failed session. It's the normal unit this is built from. You can log one in this app on purpose and it counts, because showing up and paying attention is the thing you're training.
And when it does land, butt wow it's worth the wait.
